Not an emergency service

Online requests are not monitored as emergency calls. For urgent care, call JVETSERV at 0998 424 8223 or visit the nearest veterinary clinic now.

SmartCare does not provide virtual diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions and does not establish a VCPR. Clinical care must be provided by an appropriately licensed veterinarian under applicable standards. RA 9268 governs veterinary licensure and practice; it does not itself define VCPR.
